Is the template specified in ISO 3801 included with a Sample Cutter?

ISO 3801 specifies various methods for the determination of mass per unit length and mass per unit area.

Method 5 states to use a metal plate template, or a circular cutter to give a specimen of 100cm².

The template is not part of the circular cutter. 

If a 100cm² circular cutter (113cm diameter) is available then the template is not needed.  

James Heal does not offer the template, but does offer the circular cutter (Stock code 902-220).

A circular cutter is quicker and easier to use than a template and also gives a greater degree of accuracy and precision.
